Louise jumps for joy!

This is a tip from one of my business partners Louise – she attended a course where they recommended recording three positive things each day.  That was motivating for a while but then fell away.  Then she set up a ‘whats app’ group with 3 of her friends – they now each share 3 positive things every weekday.  Louise says it has changed her life – and yesterday I caught her jumping down the stairs in the office!
